The main hall of the Toussainthuis is very suitable for small conferences. This special space was built by a famous painter serving as his atelier. With the indirect and diffuse light coming from the windows placed in the roof a special atmosphere can be enjoyed. Due to the round shaped ceiling, the acoustics are very well and it is possible to address larger groups without audio support.
Presentations
For the presentations one can use the projector and the screen which can is installed on the podium in the back of the main hall. The screen is four meter wide in size, hence good visible from every corner within the space. The projector can also be used for film or video presentations and the audio system can be used as well.

The Toussainthuis is located in the heart of the city center of The Hague and can be reached by car or public transport. For the Central Station one can take tram 16 to the Noordwal stop and from here the location is just a two minute walk. Parking is available in front of the door, or in the parking garage around the corner.

How large is the venue and how many guests can it accommodate?
Our venue offers a spacious and light-filled environment and is often perceived as larger than visitors expect based on the photographs. The ground floor extends 32 metres in depth, and the studio features a ceiling height of more than 6 metres. This makes the venue suitable for gatherings ranging from approximately 10 to 100 guests.

Which spaces are available?
Toussainthuis offers two main event spaces: the Studio and the Writing Room. In addition, several smaller rooms can be used as breakout spaces for group work, workshops, or private sessions.
The Studio accommodates groups of approximately 10 to 100 guests, while the Writing Room is suitable for meetings of 5 to 30 guests. It is also possible to reserve the entire house, including the Studio, the Writing Room, and four breakout rooms. All spaces can be configured flexibly to suit your specific requirements and programme.
Where can I find the rates?
Our rates depend on several factors, including the date, duration of the event, number of guests, and the desired programme. Based on your enquiry, we will prepare a tailored proposal.
Upon receipt of the quotation, we will hold the venue on a complimentary option basis for three days.
What room layouts are available?
All spaces can be configured in a variety of ways. Possible layouts include a circle arrangement, U-shape, theatre style, boardroom setup, or other meeting configurations with tables.
